Nasturtiums are fast-growing, edible annuals popular for their vibrant, spurred flowers (yellow, orange, red) and lily pad-like leaves. Known as "nose-twisters," they are excellent for beginners, trailing or bushy, and thrive in full sun and poor soil. All parts are edible with a peppery, cress-like taste.
